By downloading or using Kegel Men ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Health disclaimer. Kegel Men is a general fitness and education app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pain, a recent surgery, or a medical condition.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Health and Safety

The app provides general fitness and educational content only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Stop and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, discomfort, blood in urine, or any concerning symptoms. You use the exercises at your own risk.

Subscriptions, Trials and Pricing

Kegel Men offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Weekly and yearly plans are available (for example, a weekly plan at USD 5.99 and a yearly plan at USD 39.99; prices may vary by region and over time and are shown in the app before purchase). Some plans include a free trial of 3 or 7 days.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.

Free Features

The app also offers content that can be used without a subscription. Premium programs, routines, and statistics require an active subscription.

Intellectual Property

The app, its content, and its trademarks are owned by the developer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific health result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the app or the exercises.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
