Kegel Men ("the app") helps men train the pelvic floor with guided exercises. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.

Health disclaimer. Kegel Men is a general fitness and education app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pain, a recent surgery, or a medical condition.

Information We Process

The app may process the answers you give during onboarding (such as your goal, age range, experience level, and preferences), your training activity and progress (sessions completed, streaks, difficulty level), reminder settings, subscription and free-trial status, entitlement information, and basic diagnostics or crash information.

How We Use Information

We use this information to personalize your training plan, show your progress and streaks, send optional reminders you enable, manage subscriptions and free trials, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Data Storage

Your onboarding answers, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload your health or training data to our servers.

Remote Configuration

The app may fetch a small non-personal configuration file (for example, to adjust trial length or paywall options). This request does not include your personal or health information.

Subscriptions

Kegel Men uses AppActor and Apple services to manage purchases, subscriptions, free trials, and premium entitlements. Payments are handled by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers (such as the subscription and analytics providers) only as needed to operate the app, process subscriptions, or provide support, and to comply with legal obligations.

Retention

Information stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. You can reset your data from within the app settings.

Your Choices

You can reset your data in the app, cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings, disable notifications in iOS settings, or contact support with privacy questions.

Children

Kegel Men is rated 17+ and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
