Common Questions

Am I doing the exercise correctly?

The pelvic-floor muscle is the one you would use to stop the flow of urine midstream. Squeeze only that muscle and keep your buttocks, thighs, and abdomen relaxed. Breathe normally and never hold your breath. If you are unsure or have symptoms, consult a healthcare professional.

How often should I train?

Two short sessions a day are typically enough. More is not better for this muscle. Rest between sets and stop if you feel pain.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select Kegel Men, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period.

I expected a free trial.

Always check the Apple purchase sheet before confirming. The free trial must appear in that Apple sheet. If it does not appear, the purchase may start as a paid subscription immediately.

How do I restore my purchase?

On a new device or after reinstalling, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Is this medical advice?

No. Kegel Men is a general fitness and education app and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor for medical concerns.
