My package status is not updating.
Carrier updates can take time to appear. Try refreshing the shipment later. If the carrier has not scanned the package yet, the app may not have a new event to show.
Which carriers are supported?
Package Tracker is designed for major global and local carriers. Final production coverage depends on the tracking provider connected to the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select Package Tracker, and cancel the subscription.
I expected a free trial.
Always check the Apple purchase sheet before confirming. The free trial must appear in that Apple sheet. If it does not appear, the purchase may start as a paid subscription immediately.
How do I report a problem?
Email support with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
