Package Tracker helps users save and follow package tracking information. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.

Information We Process

Package Tracker may process tracking numbers, carrier selections, package nicknames, delivery status, subscription status, purchase history, entitlement information, diagnostics, and crash information.

How We Use Information

We use this information to show package status, refresh tracking information, manage subscriptions and free trials, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.

Tracking Provider

To fetch delivery status, tracking numbers and carrier information may be sent to a third-party package tracking provider such as AfterShip, 17TRACK, TrackingMore, or another provider selected for production.

Subscriptions

Package Tracker uses AppActor and Apple services to manage purchases, subscriptions, free trials, and premium entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

Data Storage

Tracking entries may be stored locally on your device. If a production tracking backend is connected, tracking data may also be processed by that backend to refresh package status and deliver notifications.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only when needed to operate the app, process subscriptions, fetch package status, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may delete tracking entries from the app where available.

Your Choices

You can remove tracking entries from the app, cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings, disable notifications in iOS settings, or contact support with privacy questions.

Children

Package Tracker is not intended to collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the privacy policy page with a new effective date.
