By downloading or using PDF Maker: Document Scanner (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to scan, store or distribute content you do not have the right to process.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Text recognition (OCR) and scanning results may not be perfectly accurate; verify important documents yourself. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
